Shipping policy

 **FREE standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more.** 

Production Times

  • Prints (especially larger sizes) are often created on demand, so allow up to 7 business days for printing and packing before shipping. 
  • Original paintings listed on the site are ready to ship within 3 business days.
  • Necklaces are ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • See individual product listings for the most up to date production times.

 

Shipping Details

Shipping speed and cost will vary based on shipping service chosen at checkout. Cost is calculated based on weight. All US orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

U.S. orders ship via USPS. All other countries will ship via USPS or DHL. If you are concerned about your order not arriving quickly enough, please reach out prior to purchasing to see what options are available.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and Kate Shore Art cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. 

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kate Shore Art cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Prints 8"x10" or smaller are shipped flat. Larger sizes are usually shipped rolled. If you are ordering a larger one and want it shipped flat, please contact us before placing your order - additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Returns

I want you to LOVE what you bought. If for some reason it doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to start a return, and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Damaged Items

Your artwork will be packaged with care, but we know sometimes things happen during their shipping journey. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please send a photo via email to hello@kateshoreart.com so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, but please reach out via email if you have any concerns about your order.
